APPLICATION TO VOLUNTEER AT THE MONTEREY LIBRARY

In order to volunteer you will need to:

• Take the Massachusett’s ethics test

• Read and sign the Town of Monterey’s sexual harassment policy

• Agree to a CORI check

• Sign a volunteer activities release form

We can discuss these requirements after you fill out the application below.
